 §  Dr. Alley is a Licensed Chaplain through the National Association of Christian Ministers (NACM) in South Carolina (2024), License Number # NC111868CA, and a Certified Mental Health Advocate with the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC). Dean is also a Board-Certified Pastoral Counselor through the AACC and the Mental Health Organization based in Forest, Virginia.

As part of our counseling relationship, all communication will be documented in a clinical record, which you may access upon request. I am committed to maintaining the confidentiality of everything shared during our sessions, with the following exceptions: 

 §  If you provide written authorization directing me to disclose information to a specific individual or organization. 

§  If there is a determination that you pose a danger to yourself or others, including cases of suspected child or elder abuse, which I am legally obligated to report. 

§  If a court order requires the disclosure of information. 

 These exceptions ensure both your safety and adherence to legal and ethical guidelines. Your trust is paramount, and I strive to protect your privacy within these parameters.

 §  Rev. Dr. Dean Alley is a highly qualified and accomplished professional with a PhD in Christian Management and Leadership from Trinity Seminary, awarded in 2023, a Masters in Theology minor in Christian Management and Leadership 2023, and a Master’s in Biblical Theology 2022. Masters from Liberty University in Christian Ministry 2024. Masters from Andersonville Theological Seminary in Divinity 2024 and Bachelor's in Theology 2020.

 §  Dr. Dean is an active Spiritual Care Association (SCA) member in New York, the Association of Professional Chaplains APC, the World Spiritual Health Organization WHSO Salt Lake, Utah, and the National Association of Christian Ministers. Dean’s extensive certifications with over 2000 clinical hours include recognition from the World Spiritual Health Organization (WSHO) as a Crisis and Trauma Minister and certifications in Ministering to the One, Death Notices and the Chaplain's Role, Moral Injury, and the Chaplain's Role, Chaplains’ Role in Public Speaking and Influencing, Addressing Pornography and Sex Addiction, and Professional Grief Counseling through Christian Chaplains and Coaching.

 §  He is nationally approved and endorsed as a chaplain by the Liberty Baptist Fellowship (LBF) in Lynchburg, Virginia, and a member of Harmony Baptist Church in Camden, North Carolina.
